MINUTES OF PUBLIC BOND INFORMATIONAL BOARD MEETING

7:00 P.M, WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 26, 2025

The public informational meeting of the Randolph Board of Education was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Vice President Cody Backer on February 26th, 2025, with the following present: Members: Cody Backer, Sandy Owens, Lucas Miller, Chris Winkelbauer, Superintendent Daryl Schrunk, Principal Brandi Bartels, Principal Denton Beacom and Tiffany Kalin recording secretary. Paul Schmit and Anson Dockhorn are coming.
Cody Backer announced and informed the public that a current copy of the open meetings act is posted on the wall.
Motion was made by Miller and seconded by Winkelbauer to hereby determine that this meeting was preceded by published notice in the February 19th, 2025, Randolph Times and is hereby duly convened in open session. On roll call vote motion carried 4-0.
Everyone joined in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
Paul Schmit arrived and 7:08 and Anson Dockhorn arrived at 7:16.
Along with Board members, Superintendent Schrunk and partners from Fakler Architects, BD Construction and Northland Securities gave an updated Bond presentation to the public. After the presentation the board took comments and questions from the patrons.
Tours of the High School and Ag building were available.
Meeting was adjourned at 8:29 p.m.
