MINUTES OF WORK SESSION BOARD MEETING

7:00 P.M, TUESDAY, MARCH 11, 2025

The Bond Election Volunteer Committee meeting of the Randolph Board of Education was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Paul Schmit on March 11th, 2025, with the following present: Members: Paul Schmit, Sandy Owens, Lucas Miller, Chris Winkelbauer, Superintendent Daryl Schrunk, Principal Brandi Bartels and Principal Denton Beacom. Anson Dockhorn will be coming.
Paul Schmit announced and informed the public that a current copy of the open meetings act is posted on the wall.
Motion was made by Miller and seconded by Winkelbauer to hereby determine that this meeting was preceded by published notice in the February 26th, 2025, Randolph Times and is hereby duly convened in open session. On roll call vote motion carried 4-0.
Motion was made by Owens and seconded by Miller to excuse absent board member Cody Backer. On roll call vote motion carried 4-0.
Everyone joined in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
Dockhorn arrives at 7:07 p.m.
Superintendent Schrunk recognized the audience and with our partners from BD Construction discussed options on how to get facts and information regarding the bond project out to the public.
Meeting was adjourned at 8:25 p.m.
